Stack Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Stack is a minimal tapping game for Android. This policy explains what information the app collects and how that information is used.
Information We Collect
Stack does not require an account, email address, phone number, password, contact list, or precise location.
The app may collect:
- A random device ID generated by the app.
- A display name chosen by the user.
- Tap counts and leaderboard rank data.
- Subscription entitlement status for Stack Auto-Miner.
- App interaction analytics, such as app opens, tap milestones, leaderboard opens, and subscription funnel events.
- Crash and diagnostic data if crash reporting is enabled.
How We Use Information
We use this information to:
- Show your lifetime tap count.
- Show today's leaderboard.
- Keep Auto-Miner subscription access working.
- Understand whether the app is fun, stable, and worth improving.
- Detect bugs, abuse, and impossible tap patterns.
Sharing
Stack uses service providers to operate the app, including Google Firebase, Google Play, and Google Play Billing. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy practices.
We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Stack Auto-Miner subscriptions are processed by Google Play Billing for the Play Store version of the app. Stack does not receive or store your full payment instrument details.
Data Retention
Leaderboard data is organized by daily leaderboard date. Local app state remains on your device unless you clear app data or uninstall the app. Stack disables Android cloud backup for its local app state. Backend records may be retained as needed to operate the leaderboard, subscriptions, analytics, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
Children's Privacy
Stack is not designed for children under 13. The Google Play target audience selection should match the final store listing.
Contact
For privacy questions, contact the developer through the Google Play store listing for Stack.
